The heart of 24,000+ sq ft of open ground
The Lawn
One flat, unbroken stretch of grass, edged with clipped hedges and royal palms, with the house and its wraparound veranda along one side. It is the reason to book a farmhouse rather than a hall, and everything else on the property sits around it.
A stage goes at the far end with a dance floor in front; dinner counters run along the house side; a mandap sits in the centre with seating facing it. For a small group we set one corner and leave the rest open. String lights run overhead for the evening. A JBL PartyBox Ultimate comes with the booking and covers the whole lawn on its own; for a live act there is power on two sides.

The Swimming Pool
A blue-mosaic pool with a wood-finish deck, lined with royal palms and flowering hedges, sitting between the lawn and the machan. Only your group uses it. Between March and October it runs all day; in the cooler months it becomes the backdrop for photographs.
There is a deck with loungers along one side, shade for the afternoon, and the JBL PartyBox set up where you want it. It is not attended by staff, so a pool booking needs adults who will watch the water or a lifeguard we can help you hire — we say this to every group.

Used for Pool parties, a children's birthday afternoon, cooling off during a summer event, evening photographs, a lazy day on a farm stay.
A two-level deck beside the pool
The Machan
A round, roofed pavilion on two levels, right beside the pool. The lower level opens onto the pool deck and has a stone bar counter along one edge; an open stair climbs to the upper deck, which sits above the lawn with a railing all round and lanterns overhead.
It is the best spot on the property after dark. The bar goes downstairs; upstairs takes the speeches, the cake, a DJ looking down on the dance floor, or simply the people who want to watch the party from above with a drink.

One storey, a veranda all the way round
The Farmhouse And Veranda
A single-storey house with a deep covered veranda running all the way round it, facing the lawn. Ceiling fans turn overhead, steps lead straight down onto the grass, and after dark the whole front lights up warm against the trees behind.
On an event day the veranda is the in-between space: shade for the older guests at lunch, the buffet line in the rain, the place people sit with a plate and watch the lawn. On a stay it is where the morning tea happens.

Bedroom One
The largest of the three rooms, with a wide window onto the garden, a quilted headboard in blue and cream, a split air conditioner and a ceiling fan, and marble underfoot. On a wedding day it becomes the bridal room — there is space for the makeup artist, two sisters and the outfits — and its attached bathroom means nobody is walking through the party to get to a mirror.

Bedroom Two
A bright room with a wide window that opens straight onto the veranda and the lawn beyond it — you can see the grass from the bed. Tan upholstered bed, marble floor, split AC and a ceiling fan. On an event day it holds the gifts, the luggage and the sleeping toddler; on a stay it is the second couple's room. Its own bathroom with a geyser means two families never share.

Bedroom Three
A generous third room — upholstered double bed, marble floor, a garden window and a wall panel for a screen — that uses the two common bathrooms right next to it. It takes the friends or the grandparents on a stay, and on a haldi it is the changing room for whoever ends up yellowest.

The Living Room
A big, bright, open-plan room — sofas and ottomans at one end, the kitchen counter along the other, bedrooms opening off it, and the JBL PartyBox standing ready in the corner. The most useful room on the property on an event day. It is the bar, the green room, the place the older guests retreat to when the lawn gets loud, and the fallback if it rains. On a corporate day it is where the group sits down for the working session before lunch outside.

A full kitchen, not a pantry
The Kitchen
A long L-shaped run of granite counter with cupboards underneath and a window onto the garden, open to the living room. A real kitchen your caterer can work out of, rather than setting up a tandoor in the driveway. On a farm stay you cook in it yourself; the fridge is empty when you arrive, so bring groceries.

The Bathrooms
Four bathrooms means a large party is not queuing and a haldi can be washed off before lunch. Every one is tiled floor to ceiling, has an overhead rain shower, a geyser, a towel rack and the premium toiletry set on the wall. Towels are provided for overnight bookings; pool parties should bring their own.

Gate And Parking
A roofed, paved car park just inside the gate — cars stay out of the sun in May and out of the rain in August, and nobody parks on the service road. For a big event the grounds beside it take the overflow, with room for a decorator's tempo and a caterer's van alongside the guest cars.
The turn off the expressway service road is the one thing people get wrong; we send a pin and a voice note with every booking.

What Is The Machan?
A round, roofed pavilion on two levels beside the pool. The lower level has a stone bar counter and opens onto the pool deck; an open stair climbs to a railed upper deck over the lawn, lit with pendant lanterns. It is where the bar goes and where people end up after dark.
Can We Stay Overnight, or Is It Only For Events?
Both. A night stay runs 7 PM to 10 AM and a full day runs 2 PM to 10 AM the next morning, so a family can treat it as a farm stay or a weekend getaway near Noida rather than an event. The three bedrooms sleep 6, or 9 with extra mattresses, and towels and linen are fresh for every booking.
Are All Three Bedrooms Air-Conditioned?
Yes — each has a split AC and a ceiling fan, an upholstered double bed and fresh linen every booking. Bedrooms one and two have attached bathrooms; bedroom three uses the two common bathrooms next door. Together they sleep 6, or 9 with extra mattresses.
Can Our Caterer Actually Cook Here?
Yes. The kitchen is a long L-shaped run of granite counter with cupboards, a gas hob, a fridge and a window onto the garden, open to the living room — not a token pantry. On a farm stay you cook in it yourself; the fridge arrives empty, so bring groceries.
Is There Hot Water?
In all four bathrooms. Each is tiled floor to ceiling with an overhead rain shower, a geyser, a towel rack and a premium toiletry set — bath gel, shampoo, moisturiser and soap.
Is Parking Covered?
