Venues in Noida quote capacity optimistically. These are the numbers at which the space still works, not the numbers at which people stand shoulder to shoulder.

Event capacity and sleeping capacity are different questions, and venues often blur them. Here: 500 people can attend your party; 9 can sleep.
A banquet hall charging ₹1,200 a plate costs ₹1,20,000 for 100 guests before decor. The farmhouse costs the same whether 40 or 500 come, and you choose the caterer, so the per-head food cost is yours to control.

- We confirm the date is free and quote one number including GST — usually within the hour.
- 40% of the total, by UPI or bank transfer, holds the date.

Finding The Gate
Mulberry Farm is inside Green Beauty Farms, Sector 135, right off the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway. The turn off the expressway service road is the one thing people get wrong; we send a pin and a short voice note with every booking, and cabs find the gate without trouble.
Guests from Delhi usually take the Blue Line to Botanical Garden, change to the Aqua Line, and take a short cab from Sector 137. Drive times from around NCR are on the home page.

Are These The Final Prices?
They are the standard rates for a normal booking of the whole property. Add 18% GST. Wedding-season dates, New Year, long weekends and multi-day bookings are quoted individually — but you will get one final number in writing before you pay anything.
What is The Cheapest Way to Book?
The day-use slot, 12 PM to 6 PM, at ₹6,999 — enough for a birthday, a pool afternoon or a team outing. If you need the evening, a Monday-to-Thursday full day at ₹11,999 is well under the Friday-to-Saturday rate.
Do You Do Hourly Bookings?
Not usually. Because only one group uses the property per day, an hourly booking blocks the same date as a full one. The day-use slot is the short option; a weekday pre-wedding shoot is the occasional exception.
How Much Advance Do You Take?
40% of the total to hold the date, by UPI or bank transfer. The balance is due on or before the day of the event.
What is The Cancellation Policy?
Cancel more than 30 days before the date and the advance is refunded in full less transfer charges. Between 30 and 14 days, half is refunded. Inside 14 days the advance is not refundable, though we will try to move your booking to another free date instead. We put this in writing when you book.
Is There a Security Deposit?
For most bookings, no. For large events with heavy decor and rigging we may ask for a refundable deposit, and we will tell you that upfront when we quote — never after you have paid the advance.
Can We Get a GST Invoice?
Yes. All bookings are invoiced with 18% GST and your company's GSTIN, so the spend goes through your books cleanly. Send us the billing details when you confirm and we can issue a proforma for your finance team.
Can I Visit Before Booking?
Yes, and we encourage it. Weekday mornings are easiest because the property is usually free. Message us first so we can confirm nothing is booked that day.
