An open-lawn wedding, not a banquet hall
Weddings And Receptions
An open-lawn wedding for around 300 seated guests, twenty minutes from Sector 18, on grass instead of carpet and under the sky instead of a false ceiling.
The mandap goes in the centre of the lawn or at the far end with the seating facing it; the ground is flat and level, which matters for a stage and for older guests walking on grass after dark. Buffet counters run along the house side, and your caterer works from a real kitchen. The largest bedroom becomes the bridal room — air-conditioned, attached bathroom with a geyser, room for the makeup artist and two sisters.
Because the same property runs the haldi, the mehndi and the sangeet, a family can book consecutive days, leave the decor up and stop moving between venues.

Morning light, grass, and hot water after
Haldi And Mehndi
A haldi wants sunlight and a floor you can throw water on — which is the whole point and the thing an indoor venue cannot fake. Marigold strings, a chowki on the lawn, water and turmeric everywhere, and then four bathrooms with geysers so the family can clean up and change before lunch. Yellow photographs beautifully against green.
A mehndi runs for hours, so it needs shade, low seating and food that keeps coming. The lawn edge under the trees does it, with the veranda for anyone who wants a fan overhead.

Stage, dance floor, dhol, no ceiling
Sangeet Nights
Stage at one end of the lawn, dance floor in front, seating around the edge, string lights overhead. There is room for a live dhol and a DJ, power on two sides for the sound and the lighting rig, and no neighbours close enough to mind before 10 PM. Dinner runs from counters along the side.
The machan's upper deck overlooks the whole thing — useful for a DJ, for the speeches, or simply for the people who want to watch the dancing from above with a drink.

Engagements And Ring Ceremonies
An engagement usually happens after sunset, when the lit lawn, the veranda and the pool reflection do most of the work for the photographer. A ring ceremony or roka is the close-family version: thirty to sixty people, a seated dinner, one decorated backdrop, done by eleven.
Booking a whole farmhouse for a group that size sounds excessive until you compare it with what a hotel charges for a private room and a fixed menu — and here the family can stay the night.

Birthday Parties
The problem with a birthday in a Noida flat is space. The problem with a birthday in a restaurant is that it ends at 4 PM sharp and the children have nowhere to go. A farmhouse solves both.
The cake and dessert table go on the lawn, backed against the greenery — that is where the photographs get taken. Food stations run along one edge. The pool deck takes the children in the afternoon and the standing crowd after dark. The living room holds gifts, bags and any adult who has had enough.

Your own pool, not a shared hotel one
Pool Parties
Most pool parties in Noida happen in a hotel, which means a shared pool, a wristband, a time limit and someone asking you to turn the music down. This is the version where you have the gate key.
A blue-mosaic pool with a wood-finish deck, lined with royal palms, sitting between the lawn and the machan. Only your group uses it. A cocktail evening where people want to stand around a pool rather than sit at a numbered table. A bachelor or bachelorette night that runs late and ends with everyone crashing in the rooms instead of driving home. An anniversary dinner for forty relatives where the children need somewhere to run.

Corporate Offsites And Team Outings
Companies across Noida, Sector 62 and Greater Noida book the farm for team days, annual parties, project close-outs and quarterly offsites. You get the entire property, a GST invoice, and a genuine change of scene without a three-hour bus ride to Manesar.
A day picnic runs in by 11, lunch on the lawn, pool and games through the afternoon, tea and out by evening. For an offsite with a working session, the living room takes the group seated in the morning and the lawn takes lunch and the informal half after it. For an annual day, a stage on the lawn, a DJ until 10 and a bar in the machan.

Half-day shoot slots are available on weekdays, when the property is not carrying an event. Lawn, pool, the machan's upper deck, the house frontage and the tree line give a photographer four distinct backdrops within thirty metres — plus a room to change outfits in, which is the thing that makes an outdoor shoot workable rather than a logistics problem.

A night out of the flat, twenty minutes away
Overnight Stays And Farm Stays
A weekend getaway near Delhi NCR that does not involve four hours on a highway. Check in, spend the afternoon in the pool, cook or order in, and sit on the lawn under the string lights. Three air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and hot water in every bathroom, so it is a proper night's sleep rather than camping.
It suits a family who want the children outdoors, or friends who would rather cook and sit up late than book four hotel rooms. For two people it is honestly a lot of property — our service apartments at Mulberry Homes in Sector 94 suit a couple better.

Questions People Ask Before Booking
Can We Bring Our Own Caterer, Decorator And DJ?
Yes to all three, with no surcharge for using your own. The kitchen is a real kitchen, so caterers work from it rather than setting up a tandoor in the driveway. If you would rather not chase vendors, tell us your headcount and budget and we will connect you with people who work here regularly. We take no commission from them.
Do We Need to Hire a Sound System or a DJ?
Not for most parties. A JBL PartyBox Ultimate is part of every booking — loud enough for the lawn and the pool deck, with lights built in. Plug in a phone and you have music from the first guest to the last. For a sangeet or a wedding with a live act, bring a DJ; there is power on two sides of the lawn.
Until What Time Can We Play Music?
Loud amplified music and DJ set-ups are expected to stop by 10 PM, in line with the noise rules that apply across Noida. Nothing stops the party after that — the sound moves indoors or comes down to a level the neighbouring farms will not mind.
Is Alcohol Allowed?
Guests may bring their own alcohol for personal consumption. We do not sell it and we do not charge corkage. We do ask that the group keeps an eye on the pool once drinking starts — that is the one rule we are strict about.
What If It Rains?
The living room and the covered veranda take the food and the sound system, and the group moves in. It is tighter than the lawn, so for a monsoon-season booking of more than about 60 people we would suggest hiring a tent — we can point you to someone local.
Can We Book Two or Three Functions on Consecutive Days?
Yes, and it is cheaper and far less exhausting than moving venues. Decor stays up between days and the family can stay in the rooms. Ask for a combined multi-day quote.
Do you Provide a Lifeguard For Pool Parties?
No, the pool is unattended. Please either bring adults who will supervise properly in shifts or hire a lifeguard for the day — we can share a contact. This is the one thing we ask every pool booking to sort out in advance.
